MODISPEC Terms of Service

By creating a MODISPEC workspace, you represent that you are authorized to create and administer the workspace for the company named during signup. MODISPEC provides software tools for inspection workflow, documentation, reporting, scheduling, and related business operations. The inspector remains responsible for professional judgment, inspection findings, report content, legal and licensing compliance, and review of AI-assisted suggestions before use. You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for content entered or uploaded to your workspace. Service availability may change as the product develops. These terms are an initial service version and should be reviewed before commercial launch.
